I was wanting to trade in my vehicle and literally pay cash a cash difference on the truck I was interested in. I told them what I would pay. The salesman came back to the desk and said, "that won't work. Where do we have to be." This went on 3 times until I finally said forget it! They wanted me to keep moving on my price, but they wouldn't move at all on their sticker price because they kept saying, "we have our truck priced the lowest in the nation." I wasn't going to continue to move and them never give at all. I traded with Cooper Chevy and couldn't be happier! I traded for what I wanted to trade for and the truck was a yr newer and had exact same options with 10,000 less miles!

The dealership located the exact truck that I wanted and sold it to me at a great price. It took a little while to get to salesperson that would find exact truck, but after we were passed to Jeff, the process closed within a few days and truck was delivered to our driveway. The price point was less than I would have paid if I bought locally. Overall, great experience.
