Great buying experience! Gilbert and Baugh made it very easy to buy my car! First I found what I wanted on the internet at their user friendly website. When I called the dealership to confirm the car was still there they were very helpful and friendly! By the time I got to the dealership to finish the deal, it only took about 30 minutes! Wonderful! And they treated me like family! I met the service department and they were great!
So today I carried my wife's vehicle in to be serviced. It was my first visit to service department we recently changed dealerships . The customer service was amazing, they treated me as if I had been coming there's the entire time. While I was waiting I had many people ask if I needed anything. Thanks for a great first visit.

I drove from Chattanooga Tennessee to Albertville Alabama to pick up my new Toyota Tundra. It was totally worth the drive. I worked with Tim Johnson the internet manager and my experience was great. I would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to give these guys a call.
After being swiped off the road and left carless early one Friday morning, Gilbert and Baugh had me in a rental by that afternoon. Leeann kept me informed and updated the whole time, reassuring me that she was keeping in touch with the at fault person's insurance company. When I found the perfect car Gilbert and Baugh had it ready and shiny when I arrived to turn in my rental. Mr. Jim the finance guy was so helpful and patient, explaining things and answering all my questions. The salesman, Kevin, took my explorer back for an extra shine before I left. Mr. Randy was there to see me off with a big handshake and a smile. It was truly an experience that I never would have associated with purchasing a car and I'm so grateful to Gilbert and Baugh for the ease and comfort they provided during the car buying process. If I could give more than 5 stars, i would. They were AMAZING :)
