Great Store that does A Lot for the Community with adoption!! We also get our little dog groomed there with Katie.... She's Awesome in working with you & your Pet!! Recommend her to anyone!!
I am an experienced pet owner so that's the perspective to expect. The PetSmart store is always very clean, well lit, and very well stocked with merchandise. I give them 5 stars for these alone. The store personnel have always been consistent with a small number that are inexperienced (and in training), one experienced (and usually the "go to" leader), and the rest somewhere in the middle. When you know what you want when you arrive or if you are an experienced pet decision maker, then you should have a very successful experience. If you are inexperienced or if you don't have a clue, then you may suffer from your own inability to make the right decisions. The PetSmart employees are NOT allowed to be unhelpful so if you have a question or display uncertainty they have no choice but to start blowing smoke and making you think that they have all of the answers. For the experience of personnel, I give 2 stars. However, I have never experienced a rude employee, never experienced poor customer service, and the inexperience that I encounter is usually attributed to youth, which is just fine. For the effort (of young employees) that I've experienced, I have to give a little credit and add a star. Total score from me is 3 stars.
Stop by and adopt a kitty in need of a forever home. I adopted a little black and white long haired female kitten and she is just adorable, always waiting to be petted. Thank you Javiar for your patience and answering all my questions.
We were visiting this area and needed our dog's nails trimmed. We walked in this store to have it done and all the stores employees were very friendly and helpful. Our dog is normally very nervous around strangers, but he immediately became comfortable around one of the groomers. They did an excellent job. I would recommend this store to anyone.
The manager here is the most knowledgeable person I've ever met in a pet store. He knows his stuff and he's very friendly! I also love the 14 day guarantee on their fish, which is 11 days longer than most other places. Prices are a little steep on pet supplies Vs ordering from Amazon but overall it was a pleasant experience.
