The people we dealt with were very nice. We had paid in advance to have the pod delivered to our home, moved to another home, then picked up. However, due to extreme situations beyond our control, the buyers backed out at closing, causing us to move back into our current home. I contacted Paradise and asked if they could credit us back the $50 since we did not have the pod moved to the new location ($50 is the charge to do that). They said they were unable to do that. $50 is a lot of money. We paid for a service we didn't use. - Review by Chris Barclift
