The people under the counter is very nice and professional.
The people that work behind the counter are pretty decent, but that's about the only positive thing. The parking lot is too small, the building is old, dirty, and run-down, they don't staff enough people to keep lines down. About any time my husband and I have to go there to mail a package there is a line at or out the door. It's just a depressing place to walk into.
I will highly recommended to have a stamp vending machine available inside the building. It's very painful to have to stay in a long line just for a stamp.
