my bank account was hacked and had to change some information with social security... the Albertville office answered my questions and did the changes over the phone.. they were helpful and kept me from having to make a trip to the office.. I really appreciated that.... thank you
We have had noting but problems using this office something needs to be done
The website says it is open until 4 pm. I went there at 1 pm on a Wednesday, no holiday and it was closed. Also they close for an hour for lunch. This is a federal building not a state, county, city or town business. It should be open just like other social security offices.
