Paid $800 for one room of carpet and very dissatisfied in customer service. Will never use The Carpet Store again. I have pictures to prove.
We have had carpet installed by them and they were fantastic!!! Then we just had tile floors installed in our bathrooms. I can't even give them enough praise. Customer service was subpreb! Then Jr came out to install and was the most professional and kind man! His work was outstanding and I adore my new bathroom floors!!! I highly recommend the carpet store. Eric is so helpful and Jr (our installer) was a perfectionist and made my bathrooms look stunning!!
Purchased carpet and had installed in an efficient manner. But was told the seam that runs down the carpet would improve. Seam looks terrible weeks later. When walking on the carpet you can tell there are places missing pad and is uneven. Contacted the store and was told someone would come out. 2 weeks later, called again and was asked to wait after a holiday and they would come and see. 7 days later, still no word... called again and was told "you gotta be patient. We have people taking vacation and then I go on vacation." "You gotta give me time." Zero communication from the store. Was told after I described the poor install "there are lot of these problems that I am trying to go out and see about."
