Very unprofessional, call and harass customers and gets very hateful with them. Knew that I was in the Military and that was one of my sources of income, I get pulled to be put on orders and tell them I will not receive my check until the end of the orders and can make a payment then. Told me that I have to come in and refinance the loan if I can't pay at that time. Which I couldn't because I was on orders which means I'm hours away for three weeks! Then asks if I'm going to make a double payment then. Will never step foot in that companies door ever again.
